What you'll do
- Direct program technical lifecycle, cross-functional design reviews, qualification, and cost and schedule performance.
- Represent programs with internal and external stakeholders, manage customer requests within authorized scope, and drive engineering process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, develop, and manage an engineering team, including performance reviews, staffing, and training.
