Installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and commissions electrical and low-voltage systems at facilities and customer sites, ensuring safety, performance, and code compliance.
What you'll do
- Install and maintain electrical systems, conduit, low-voltage cabling, and security equipment.
- Troubleshoot and test systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document work in maintenance records and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate commissioning and project work with engineers and technicians, and provide technical guidance to field crews.

- Experience with at least one low-voltage system type, such as IP video/VMS, access control, intrusion alarms, structured cabling, or AV systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and P&IDs.
- High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Nice to have
- Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship or technical program; Journeyman Electrician license or listed safety/industry certifications.
- Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC systems or in defense, aerospace, or government facilities; prior military technical MOS or equivalent service background.
Pay
$31.50 - $40.00 USD per hour (base salary); $31.50 — $40 USD (base salary)
