Leads a technical team while developing propulsion and aerospace models, control algorithms, and simulation systems, and assessing system performance.
What you'll do
- Develop high-fidelity models, control algorithms, and simulation architectures for propulsion, flight control, and guidance systems.
- Conduct controllability studies and performance analyses, including requirement derivation, margin analysis, trade studies, and Monte Carlo analyses.
- Lead and mentor engineers; collaborate across engineering and test teams and review technical documentation and models.

USD $153,615 - $199,400 base salary
