Administers and improves Voyager’s Salesforce environment to support users, maintain data quality, and help teams manage customer relationships and sales activity.
What you'll do
- Manage Salesforce access, configuration, Flows, integrations, and data quality.
- Support users, provide training, and create reports and dashboards.
- Gather business requirements, manage enhancements, and test and deploy approved changes.
