Administers the full lifecycle of subcontracts for government programs, ensuring compliant awards, supplier performance, documentation, and closeout.
What you'll do
- Prepare and administer subcontracts, orders, and modifications; conduct RFQs, cost/price analysis, and support source selection.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, prime contract clauses, export controls, CPSR standards, and supplier requirements; maintain subcontract files.
- Coordinate with program, finance, compliance, suppliers, and billing; support proposals, onboarding, performance monitoring, and closeout.

$90,000–$130,000 USD base salary
