What you'll do
- Lead system architecture, integration, verification, and technical baseline planning across large programs and engineering teams.
- Oversee engineering performance, subcontractors, risk management, and technical reviews to meet mission, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Mentor engineering leaders and support proposals, process improvements, and organizational strategy.
