About the job

Sets technical direction for analog and mixed-signal electronics in next-generation LiDAR modules, from architecture and design trade-offs through validation and production readiness.

What you'll do

  • Define analog and mixed-signal architecture and design standards for LiDAR modules, including signal and power integrity and EMI/EMC.
  • Lead bring-up, characterization, validation, and design decisions across concurrent programs, with focus on manufacturability and scale.
  • Mentor hardware engineers and guide supplier strategy and cross-functional technical reviews.

What they ask for

  • 10+ years in hands-on hardware development, with end-to-end ownership of multiple systems shipped at high volume.
  • Track record setting technical direction for a team or product line.
  • Expertise in low-noise analog and high-speed digital design, signal/power integrity, and EMI mitigation.
  • Expertise in schematic capture and simulation, Altium or similar, SI/PI simulation and measurement tools, and board-level integration of FPGAs, microcontrollers, and custom analog ASICs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in photonics, LiDAR, or precision-sensing hardware.
  • Knowledge of flex and rigid-flex PCB design; Verilog-AMS, mixed-signal modeling, or FPGA development; or high-reliability environments.

Pay
