What you'll do

  • Define analog and mixed-signal architecture and establish signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC design standards.
  • Lead bring-up, characterization, and validation across concurrent programs, with focus on robustness, repeatability, and manufacturability.
  • Own major design and component trade-offs, mentor hardware engineers, and provide technical direction across teams.

What they ask for

  • 10+ years in hands-on hardware development, with end-to-end ownership of multiple systems shipped at high volume.
  • Track record of setting technical direction for a team or product line.
  • Expertise in low-noise analog and high-speed digital design, signal/power integrity, high-density interconnect, and EMI mitigation.
  • Expertise in schematic capture and simulation, Altium or similar, SI/PI simulation and measurement tools, and board-level integration of FPGAs, microcontrollers, and custom analog ASICs.

Nice to have
