Senior Technical Program Manager, Global Supply Chain – LiDAR & Optical Circuit Switches (OCS)

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing, supplier management, capacity and demand planning, cost control, and delivery schedules across global partners.
• Drive manufacturing transfers, qualification, yield ramps, and second-source qualification from NPI through mass production.
• Manage supply risk, supplier quality, trade compliance, logistics, supply chain systems, KPIs, and stakeholder reporting.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years in technical program management, supply chain, or operations for hardware products, including at least 5 years scaling complex hardware to volume production with global suppliers.
• Direct experience with wafer foundries, OSATs, and contract manufacturers; proven global supplier management, including in Asia.
• Strong command of demand and capacity planning, S&OP, ERP/MRP systems, data-driven modeling, and cross-functional schedule, budget, and risk management.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience with automotive or industrial quality standards, hyperscaler supply requirements, optical component sourcing, manufacturing quality systems, trade compliance, external test partners, or APICS/ASCM or PMP certification.

Pay

$130K – $200K (base salary)
