Troubleshoots PLC-controlled equipment at Vulcan Elements’ Durham pilot and implements, tests, and documents routine controls changes to support reliable operations.
What you'll do
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, I/O, drive, instrument, and industrial communication issues.
- Make and test scoped PLC logic, HMI, tag, recipe, and parameter changes; escalate larger design changes for review.
- Document and track changes, update controls records, and coordinate change windows and return-to-service checks.
