Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Build and lead skilled-trades teams, including staffing, qualification, coaching, and shift coverage.
• Coordinate planned, corrective, and emergent maintenance with Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Reliability, Engineering, and Production.
• Establish safe work practices, CMMS discipline, maintenance performance tracking, and equipment readiness from commissioning through production.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, process, or similarly equipment-intensive environment, including three or more years leading maintenance technicians, skilled trades, or craft teams.
• Skilled trade apprenticeship, technical diploma, journeyman credential, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of complex manufacturing equipment, including relevant mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, material-handling, or automated systems.
• Experience with a CMMS and preventive maintenance, work planning, backlog management, troubleshooting, root-cause problem solving, and maintenance metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting startup, commissioning, major equipment installation, or manufacturing expansion, including work with OEMs and contractors.
• Experience in advanced materials, automotive, machining, metals, battery, semiconductor, aerospace, or other complex-equipment manufacturing.
