Delivers classroom, simulation, and hands-on training to prepare employees for advanced magnet manufacturing roles, including machine demonstrations, learner assessments, and training-record administration.
What you'll do
- Teach approved onboarding, safety, technical, and operator curricula; coordinate with subject-matter experts.
- Qualify on assigned equipment, demonstrate approved procedures, and supervise hands-on practice safely.
- Assess learners, document attendance and qualifications, and provide coaching and remediation.
