About the job
Operates and supports R&D and pilot-scale manufacturing processes for rare-earth permanent magnets, working with technical teams to develop, troubleshoot, and improve equipment and procedures.
What you'll do
- Safely prepare, start, operate, monitor, shut down, and clean pilot and R&D equipment and processes.
- Document process conditions and samples, troubleshoot issues, and support experimental runs, equipment commissioning, and process development.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain orderly work areas, and provide operator feedback for process and equipment improvements.
