What you'll do
- Lead customer qualification and sample-release activities, including plans, inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Translate customer specifications into acceptance criteria and coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and laboratories to meet them.
- Manage customer nonconformances, containment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality-performance tracking.
