Security & Emergency Services Manager

What you'll do

• Manage physical security operations, access and video systems, guard force, investigations, budgets, and compliance records.
• Create emergency plans, drills, response-team training, and coordination with fire, EMS, and law enforcement.
• Partner with site teams on security and emergency readiness, report performance metrics, and support facility growth.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of progressive security experience, including at least 3 years leading site-level security operations with responsibility for personnel, procedures, and vendor performance.
• Experience managing a contract guard force; administering enterprise access control and video platforms; and developing emergency plans, conducting drills, and coordinating with emergency agencies.
• Incident investigation and case documentation experience, including interviews, evidence handling, and formal reports.
• Current first aid, CPR, and AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; must be a U.S. Person.

Nice to have

• Security leadership in manufacturing, defense, pharmaceutical, or critical infrastructure; law enforcement, military, or federal security background.
• ASIS certification, FEMA ICS/NIMS training, industrial emergency-response credentials, or experience with facility clearance and export-controlled security requirements.
