About the job
Leads the commissioning and operation of Vulcan Elements’ Benson analytical laboratory, overseeing analytical methods, metrology, laboratory systems, staffing, productivity, and manufacturing quality support.
What you'll do
- Commission the laboratory, including equipment, methods, calibration systems, LIMS workflows, staffing, and operational readiness.
- Lead analytical testing, materials characterization, metrology, measurement-system practices, and laboratory quality and data integrity.
- Manage laboratory staff, capacity, budget, and performance while supporting manufacturing, product release, investigations, and customer issues.
