Establishes and leads Vulcan Elements’ maintenance and reliability organization, systems, and programs ahead of manufacturing startup.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy maintenance workflows, CMMS/ERP configuration, asset data, and performance standards.
- Build reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, Mechanical Integrity, and spare-parts and storeroom programs.
- Hire and develop the maintenance organization; manage safety, budget, contractors, availability, and outage execution.
