What you'll do
- Establish the site’s integrated management system, ISO framework, audit program, document control, and certification readiness.
- Design and deploy the plant operating system, performance metrics, operating cadence, and cross-functional workflows.
- Lead continuous improvement and build workforce capability through training, qualification, coaching, and internal belt programs.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, materials or a related discipline).
- 7+ years experience in plant operations.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a documented portfolio of completed projects and verified financial benefit; Green Belt considered only with substantial enterprise deployment experience.

Nice to have
