About the job
Designs and launches the plant’s material flow, inventory systems, and production-controls organization, then leads its warehouse, planning, and material movement operations.
What you'll do
- Design plant material flow, storage, staging, and warehouse layout; configure and deploy ERP/WMS processes and material data.
- Lead receiving, WIP movement, shipping, inventory control, materials planning, and production scheduling interfaces.
- Build and develop the organization, and own its safety, budget, training, and performance measures.

- Operating budget ownership with demonstrated cost control; able and willing to be on the floor daily through construction, commissioning, and ramp, including off-shift presence; must be a U.S. Person.
Nice to have
- Ownership of an ERP or WMS implementation; greenfield or major expansion experience.
- Defense, aerospace, or regulated supply chain experience; bulk chemical or magnetized-product shipping familiarity; relevant APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification; barcode, RFID, or automated material handling deployment experience.
