About the job
Build and lead the quality organization at Vulcan Elements’ Benson facility, establishing its quality system, laboratory, inspection capabilities, and commercial product qualification and release processes.
What you'll do
- Establish the plant Quality Management System and lead ISO 9001 certification.
- Build laboratory, metrology, inspection, and supplier quality capabilities; lead quality readiness through commissioning and production ramp.
- Own quality controls across the manufacturing value stream, including qualification, customer concerns, corrective action, and performance improvement.

- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Manufacturing quality experience in materials-intensive or precision-parts manufacturing, spanning material/process quality and finished-part quality.
- Experience implementing PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC/process capability, inspection plans, corrective actions, APQP/PPAP or comparable qualification, and a manufacturing QMS; must be a U.S. Person.
