About the job
Builds and improves the plant’s production-control system, coordinating material flow, inventory, and manufacturing data from receiving through shipping.
What you'll do
- Design material-flow layouts, production-control workflows, standard work, and system transactions across the plant.
- Coordinate material readiness and production startup with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other teams.
- Analyze capacity, inventory, WIP, and logistics performance, then lead improvements to address constraints and support production ramp.

Nice to have
- Experience establishing or scaling production control, plant logistics, or materials-management systems in a greenfield startup, commissioning program, or major expansion.
- Experience in a complex manufacturing environment; working knowledge of Lean material flow, pull/replenishment systems, capacity modeling, inventory control, traceability, and continuous improvement.
