What you'll do
- Lead equipment selection, deployment, facility integration, and qualification; develop machine fixturing and workholding solutions.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve hardware issues and integrate equipment safely.
- Track and improve equipment performance; document procedures and maintenance schedules, and train production staff.
