Corporate Development Associate

What you'll do

• Manage data rooms and diligence workflows for financing processes, coordinating responses across internal teams and external parties.
• Build and maintain financial models and prepare investor presentations, process trackers, and internal updates.
• Support evaluation of M&A targets and strategic alternatives, and help establish the Corporate Development function.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement fluency and maintaining and auditing existing models.
• Experience supporting or participating in equity financing and M&A processes, including working with external advisors.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-production skills, prior transaction experience, and familiarity with diligence processes and data rooms.

Nice to have

• Independently building complex or transaction-grade models, or managing transaction processes end-to-end.
• Experience in industrial tech, advanced manufacturing, or aerospace & defense; exposure to structured or project finance.

Pay

$106,000.00 to $145,750.00 USD (base salary)
