About the job
Administer and improve the ETQ Reliance QMS by supporting users, configuring workflows, and testing changes to meet business and quality needs.
What you'll do
- Provide ETQ Reliance application support and resolve incidents, including root-cause analysis.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and configure workflows and system changes.
- Prepare and validate tests, coordinate UAT, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

- Experience supporting QMS implementation, from design through go-live.
