What you'll do
- Coach leaders and managers on performance, feedback, employee development, and team effectiveness; lead employee relations and performance matters.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent development, retention, succession planning, and organizational change.
- Build and improve practical People processes and programs, using data, technology, and AI where appropriate.
