What you'll do
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, throughput, and costs for the QC Inspection team; oversee lab capacity and turnaround times.
- Set metrology and safety standards, validate equipment, maintain audit readiness, and use KPIs to improve lab performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Digital teams to integrate inspection data with MES/ERP systems.

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Control, Metrology, or Inspection in high-precision manufacturing.
- 3+ years of formal management experience and demonstrated success leading a multi-shift technical team.
- Mastery of GD&T and advanced metrology equipment (CMM, GOM/Blue Light, NDT).

Pay
$122,400 to $168,300 USD base salary
