What you'll do
- Establish trade compliance governance, risk frameworks, and procedures; advise on export controls, licensing, screening, classification, and technology transfer.
- Lead import compliance, broker and forwarder management, audits, corrective actions, and tariff mitigation initiatives.
- Implement trade compliance tools and ERP integration, and deliver organization-wide compliance training.

- Advanced working knowledge of U.S. export regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC), Customs regulations (19 CFR), HTS classification, and international trade frameworks.

Nice to have
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) credential.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or hardware technology; ITAR licensing and agreements; scaling compliance functions; or specialized GTM software.

$123,500-$169,800 USD, base salary
