Prepares and documents metallic samples for engineering evaluation and part process qualification in a metallographic lab.
What you'll do
- Prepare samples by sectioning, grinding, polishing, etching, and imaging for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and workspace through preventative maintenance, inspections, and cleaning.
- Work with Engineering teams to provide results and lab support for projects.
