What you'll do
- Conduct first article and routine part inspections; document nonconformances and support hardware disposition and corrective actions.
- Develop and validate inspection methods, monitor quality metrics, and support audits and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot product or production issues and collaborate with operations to meet production needs.

- 3+ years performing part inspections, with strong drawing interpretation skills and extensive GD&T knowledge.
- Experience with FAI, Test Method Validation (TMV), inspection-method development, and AQL sampling.
- Experience in medical device, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with advanced inspection equipment and software, such as CMMs, PCMMs, vision systems, profilometers, and blue light scanners.
Pay
$23 - $38 per hour (base pay); 10% pay differential on any applicable shift not included in the standard base-pay shifts
