Inspect manufactured parts and verify that products, materials, and processes meet quality, safety, customer, and regulatory requirements in metal additive manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Perform first-article, dimensional, and visual inspections; document nonconformances and support hardware disposition.
- Develop and validate inspection methods, analyze quality metrics, and support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Investigate production issues and coordinate with operations to meet production needs.

- 3+ years of part-inspection experience and strong drawing interpretation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of GD&T; experience with FAI, TMV, inspection-method development, and AQL sampling.
- Experience with root cause analysis, data analysis, troubleshooting, and dimensional and visual inspections.
- Manufacturing experience in medical device, aerospace, or defense; hands-on experience with advanced inspection equipment and software.
Pay
$23 - $38 per hour (hourly pay)
