Performs dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts, supports quality-system compliance, and investigates nonconformances in metal additive manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Perform first-article and routine part inspections; verify products and processes meet quality specifications.
- Develop and validate inspection methods, monitor quality metrics, and support audits and continuous improvement.
- Investigate production issues, issue non-conformance reports, and coordinate hardware disposition and corrective actions.

- 3+ years of part-inspection experience and strong drawing interpretation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of GD&T; experience with FAI, TMV, inspection-method development, and AQL sampling.
- Experience with root cause analysis, data analysis, troubleshooting, and dimensional and visual inspection.
- Experience in medical device, aerospace, or defense manufacturing; hands-on experience with advanced inspection equipment and software.
Pay
$23 - $38 per hour (base pay); 5% pay differential on any applicable shift not included in the standard base-pay shifts
