Own and support the Epicor ERP environment, configuring workflows and reporting to support manufacturing and operational teams.
What you'll do
- Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules for production, inventory, supply chain, and shop floor workflows.
- Provide functional support, investigate system issues, and build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Train users, create standard operating procedures, and support upgrades and implementations.
