About the job
Develops and directs post-print manufacturing processes to produce inspected aerospace and defense parts that meet customer specifications.
What you'll do
- Own process development for post-print operations, including depowdering, plate removal, heat treatment, and subcontracted work.
- Develop manufacturing methods, fixtures, work instructions, and quality documentation; encode part-specific methods in the ERP system.
- Support quality and factory operations through inspection planning, non-conformance disposition, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
