Provides hands-on, onsite EHS leadership at VulcanForms’ Newburyport facility, implementing safety programs, reducing manufacturing risks, and supporting regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.
What you'll do
- Implement site EHS programs; conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and maintain compliance records.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify hazards, establish controls, support safe equipment and process changes, and close corrective actions.
- Coach employees and leaders on safe work practices and deliver EHS training.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of progressive EHS experience.
- Experience implementing EHS programs and working directly with manufacturing operations.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements; experience with combustible dust and associated OSHA and NFPA regulations.
- Experience with risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and EHS training.
Nice to have
- ASP or GSP.
- Laser Safety Officer or Radiation Safety Officer (or willingness to obtain upon hire); DOT HAZMAT Training and Certification.

$92,000-$154,000 USD annual base salary
