Provides hands-on environmental, health, and safety leadership at VulcanForms’ Devens facility, implementing site programs, reducing manufacturing risks, and supporting regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.
What you'll do
- Implement site EHS programs; conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering on hazard controls, equipment and process readiness, and practical safety procedures.
- Coach employees and leaders, deliver EHS training, and maintain compliance records and performance data.

- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience.
- Experience implementing EHS programs and working directly with manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements; experience with risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.
- Experience with combustible dust and associated OSHA and NFPA regulations; able to support multiple shifts and locations when required.
Nice to have
- ASP or GSP.
- Laser Safety Officer or Radiation Safety Officer credentials (or willingness to obtain upon hire); DOT HAZMAT Training and Certification.

$92,000-$154,000 USD annual base salary
