Manages customer NPI programs from award through launch and sustaining, coordinating internal teams and serving as the primary working-level customer contact.
What you'll do
- Manage complex NPI programs and projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and program deliverables.
- Track scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and the critical path; escalate issues and help drive solutions.
- Provide stakeholder updates and facilitate customer meetings, visits, and workshops.
