Supervises the Final Release team and oversees manufacturing records, inspections, and quality processes to support accurate, compliant, on-time product release.
What you'll do
- Assigns and monitors daily work, priorities, staffing, schedules, and team performance; coaches and trains employees.
- Oversees review and completion of manufacturing and technical records, product inspections, and final disposition; addresses documentation errors and quality issues.
- Coordinates release priorities and issue resolution across teams, supports process improvements, and reports operational metrics and risks.

- Experience reviewing DHRs, batch records, manufacturing records, or similar controlled documentation for completeness and compliance.
