Supervises the night-shift Final Release team, overseeing manufacturing documentation, inspections, quality processes, and timely product release.
What you'll do
- Assigns and monitors work, sets priorities, coaches employees, and coordinates team staffing and training.
- Oversees record review, product verification, final disposition, and handling of documentation issues and quality events.
- Coordinates release status and issue resolution with cross-functional teams and supports process improvements.
