About the job
Supervises daily production operations and manufacturing staff in an assigned area, supporting productivity, quality, and team development.
What you'll do
- Supervise, train, and coach manufacturing staff; lead daily standups and support team throughput.
- Prepare production reports against targets and ensure shift leads have necessary materials, tools, and documents.
- Identify improvement opportunities, support 7S and Lean projects, enforce OSHA standards, and perform some in-process inspections and QC functions.
