Leads and scales VulcanForms’ recruiting organization, building hiring strategies and infrastructure for technical and high-volume manufacturing roles across multiple sites.
What you'll do
- Partner with executives and operational leaders to translate business plans into hiring plans and support production ramps.
- Build and lead recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting operations, including systems, reporting, and structured interview processes.
- Develop talent pipelines through internships, apprenticeships, workforce programs, and partnerships with schools and local organizations.
