Leads construction delivery outcomes across Vultr’s global data center portfolio, managing leased-site performance and full development delivery on owned sites.
What you'll do
- Set construction strategy and manage delivery risks across active sites; oversee regional construction and startup/turnover managers.
- Lead GC selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, schedules, budgets, and delivery on leased and owned sites.
- Direct design teams and coordinate site development with Civil Engineering and Energy teams; report construction delivery to the VP of Development & Construction.

Nice to have
- PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification.
