Leads a team of program managers and personally owns end-to-end delivery of Vultr’s strategic data center builds, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop 2–3 Program/Project Managers and standardize program practices.
- Lead strategic data center build execution, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive decisions.
- Coordinate engineering, vendors, construction partners, and suppliers; maintain schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive updates.
