What you'll do
- Own and improve the Smartsheet/Jira project environment, including automated scheduling tools, templates, and workflows.
- Maintain accurate, version-controlled program requirements, technical build books, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and deployment calendars.
- Track deployment milestones and delivery dates, and work with Senior TPMs to improve standardized playbooks and processes.
