Owns construction delivery across a regional portfolio of 3–5 concurrent data center sites, from landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out and handoff toward commissioning.
What you'll do
- Manage schedule, budget, quality, safety coordination, and risk across concurrent sites; escalate issues and report status and resourcing needs.
- Coordinate construction with Design Engineering, Commissioning, Startup and Turnover, and project controls; enforce BOD and drawing approval gates.
- Represent construction in landlord and lease delivery terms, including acceptance criteria and schedule commitments.
