Analyzes and resolves hardware and system failures across Vultr’s cloud infrastructure, coordinating remediation and improving RMA processes and hardware lifecycle management.
What you'll do
- Diagnose GPU/CPU and system failures across hardware, firmware, and operating system layers; determine root cause and remediation.
- Coordinate vendor and internal teams on repairs, replacements, escalations, and system readiness validation.
- Identify recurring failure patterns and maintain technical documentation and vendor case records.
