What you'll do
- Assign and monitor test and commercial missions, crews, trucks, and trailers; adjust plans to meet operational and Hours of Service requirements.
- Respond to incidents, make operational go/no-go decisions, maintain mission records, and coordinate with crews, customers, and technical teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop Fleet Specialists, including assignments, skills assessments, and trainee sign-off following required review and approval.
