What you'll do
- Own Mission Control operations, KPIs, escalation procedures, and 24/7 coverage planning.
- Hire, lead, schedule, train, and develop the Mission Control team, including outsourced teams and functions.
- Validate and improve the operating model, turning road events into updated procedures and coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
