Own fleet planning and day-to-day operations, coordinating vehicles, crews, customers, and internal teams to keep autonomous vehicle deployments on track.
What you'll do
- Track vehicles through their lifecycle and coordinate day-of fleet execution, handoffs, and issue resolution.
- Plan fleet and crew capacity, maintain allocation plans and forecasts, and report operational tradeoffs and recommendations.
- Improve fleet management tools, data flows, and coordination processes in partnership with Engineering, Product, and other teams.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of experience in fleet planning, asset management, or logistics coordination supporting Class 8 or autonomous vehicle fleets.
- Experience with fleet management and telematics/ELD platforms or similar operational systems, and familiarity with autonomous vehicle asset lifecycles.
- Ability to own recurring resource and capacity planning, run cross-functional meetings, and drive decisions.
- Strong data fluency, organizational skills, and experience improving or automating workflows with Engineering and Product.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, including Hours of Service, DVIR, inspection requirements, and DOT annual inspections.
