Senior Manager, Driverless Operating Model

What you'll do

• Design the end-to-end Life of a Load model, clarifying workflows, responsibilities, and services across Waabi, customers, and partners.
• Set commercial requirements and roadmap for Mission Control, off-nominal response, roadside services, recovery, and customer support.
• Build a repeatable, economically scalable service model by balancing customer experience, reliability, operational complexity, and cost.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in commercial product management, business operations, commercialization, or related roles, with meaningful experience in technology-enabled physical-world businesses.
• Demonstrated experience designing, launching, or scaling complex operational services involving technology, physical assets, people, customers, and external partners.
• Strong commercial judgment and practical problem-solving, balancing customer needs, operational feasibility, cost, and scalability.
• Ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional problems through implementation and influence Product, Engineering, Operations, and commercial teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience taking a technology-enabled product or service from concept or pilot through commercial launch and scale.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, partner service ecosystems, or autonomous and remote-assistance environments.

Pay

$175,000 - $240,000 USD yearly base salary
