Supervises day-shift personnel and truck operations at Waabi’s Lancaster terminal, ensuring autonomous vehicle testing and commercial freight missions run safely, compliantly, and on schedule.
What you'll do
- Manage shift operations, assigning personnel and vehicles with Dispatch and coordinating testing and commercial runs.
- Lead and coach Vehicle Operators, including scheduling, performance management, and fatigue management.
- Oversee safety, compliance checks, incident response, fleet issue triage, and shift handoffs.
